Elaine is an Employment Law Solicitor who advises both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.
She qualified as a solicitor in 1995. She has worked for a number of local firms and solicitors, initially in commercial litigation and employment. She also worked in-house for a local authority as their employment solicitor for just over 11 years. She joined Tinsdills in 2010 as their employment solicitor and so has extensive experience in her chosen area of law.
Elaine has experience in a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and in advising both employers and employees.

Her aim is to advise on any settlement agreement and/or any grievances or claims they may have against their employer.
